Order Processing

We ship fast:

  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST ship the same day

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST ship the next business day

Tracking updates: Once your package leaves our facility, you’ll receive tracking information via email so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Standard Shipping — FREE (All Orders)
Estimated delivery: 4–6 business days

Express Shipping — $3.99
Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, contact us right away at:

We’ll work directly with the carrier to locate your package and keep you updated. If the package is confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement.


Returns & Replacements

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a description of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Unused Items (Change of Mind)
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.
